Flavors | e19 Newsletter

It’s been chilly here in Seattle the past week, what a drop in temperature! We even had some brief flurries of snow, but as usual in the PNW, the snow didn’t stick around long. I’m looking forward to when things and people start to thaw out a bit, returning to being in the wide world once again.

Currently on drip

In the last newsletter, I mentioned that I would be adding raspberry syrup to the menu. Well, I decided to go ahead and add house-made ube syrup to the list as well. Not to toot my own horn, but I think it’s pretty good! I will tinker a bit with it, things can always be improved.

What’s Brewing

Next month, I will be attending a couple events to hopefully meet other coffee shop owners and build connections with them and the community. If you ever happen to see me out and about, please don’t hesitate to say hello!

Next two months

Deaf Spotlight pop-up

  • March 15 (NOTE: This date has been changed, it originally was March 8.)
  • April 12

In addition to the Deaf Spotlight pop up in April, I will also be attending the Maker’s Market for the second time, and their first time doing a spring festival!

Closing

Please share my pop-up events with people you know, even if you aren’t able to attend yourself, it helps so much. As much as this is hard work, getting started and rolling, I look forward to meeting many more of you.
