The return of color | e19 Newsletter

We’re about to enter the second month of the year, and I’m already behind on the newsletter! This edition will be brief and to the point.

February is often viewed as a month of love and romance, but I also like to look at it as the time of the year when things start to get brighter again. The color of Valentine’s is often red or pink, and it’s a nice burst of vibrancy against all the gray that we get here in Seattle. It’s also the time when people are starting to gear up for the return of the jewel tones of spring and rising temperatures. People are also more inclined to go out and be among their community, so I hope to see you stopping by one day soon!

Currently on drip

I’m still practicing to achieve the perfect microfoam, but I’ve learned how to dial in espresso, so I will have espresso available at my upcoming events. The drinks may not yet come with fancy latte art, but the milk will certainly be steamed and hot. I look forward to serving you some delicious coffee!

What’s Brewing

For February, and perhaps a couple more months after, I will offer raspberry syrup in addition to honey syrup.

Next two months

Closing

I did say today’s edition would be brief! Please share my pop-up events with people you know, it helps so much. As much as this is hard work, getting started and rolling, I look forward to meeting many more of you.
